Whirlpool Refrigerator Screw WP681249

The Icemaker Shut-Off Arm is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool refrigerators. Located within the freezer compartment attached to the ice maker assembly, this lever arm activates the shut-off switch to terminate the harvest cycle once the ice bin is full. Causes relate to cracked or broken lever arms no longer reliably engaging the switch assembly. Mineral scale accumulation may also inhibit smooth operation over time. Symptoms of a faulty shut-off arm include: Ice piling up outside the bin instead of dispensing properly The Bin light remaining on indicates a full bin when more ice can still fit Excessive ice production drives up energy costs This is a genuine Whirlpool OEM replacement this part is also compatible with Maytag, Jenn-Air and some Kenmore models.WP67004028 (AP6010392) replaces 67004028, 1057319, 10884401, 12868001, 4344400, 67001257, 8170939, 8171289, D7813101, PS11743571, W10187808.
