Begin with a Pilsner malt, add just a hint of Munich malt and a flourish of noble Tettnanger hops for texture, plus the succinct finish the Pilsen yeast provides, and you get a delicious brew topped with a fluffy white head and a little vibrato on your tongue... just like Johann would have wanted it.
