Rey Sol is meticulously crafted at Casa San Matías, where agaves grown in the mineral-rich red soils of the Jalisco Highlands are nurtured to develop a superior flavor. These agaves are carefully harvested by jimadors after 7 to 10 years, ensuring only mature piñas are used. The cooking process is precisely controlled, with a consistent 48 hours at 194ºF, contributing to its rich taste. Aged for six years, this tequila promises an exceptional sensory experience.
